To export your Zotero annotations (after you've followed the video above and clicked 'add note from annotations'), right click on the title of the article from your Zotero library and select 'Generate Report from Item'. You can then choose to 'save' as a HTM file or 'print' and 'Print to PDF' to save your file as a PDF.

This does not export 'tags' that you've added to your annotations, however, you can keep the colour coding by clicking 'Show Annotation Colors' in the note panel on the right before you Generate Report from Item.
