Research the influence of globalisation on the Chinese economy in the last 30 years, including an evaluation of the strategies used to promote economic growth and economic development. The research focus areas must include:

differences between economic growth and economic development in China
income and quality of life indicators
distribution of income and wealth in China
environmental sustainability issues and responses in China
