The results section of your poster is the place to write exactly what you found out.
This might include summary statistics such as mean, median, mode or range, or data displays such as graphs and tables. It could also mean a description of patterns you found across interviews, and quotes that illustrate these.
You can make comments about results being different or similar than what you expected, but avoid giving reasons as to why this may be - you'll talk about that in the Analysis/Discussion section.
